Luz Adame is the Founder of The Joy of Healing, co-author of the book Earth Healing, author of The Magic of Choosing You Without Asking for Permission (La Magia de Elegirte, Sin Pedir Permiso), and host of "La Magia de Elegirte, Sin Permiso" on Golden Star Radio.

She is an Access Consciousness® Certified Bars Facilitator, Certified Body Process Facilitator, Certified Energetic Facelift Facilitator, Symphony of Possibilities (SOP) Practitioner, Abuse Hold Practitioner, and ESSE Practitioner with more than 13 years of experience facilitating people from around the world to create greater ease, joy, awareness, and possibilities in their lives.

Her approach is not about telling people what to do—it is about asking questions that open new possibilities. Using the pragmatic tools of Access Consciousness®, she facilitates people in moving beyond limitation, recognizing the knowing they already have, and choosing a different reality.

Her mission is to empower people to know that they know, trust themselves, and discover that there is always something greater available.

Throughout her career, Luz has facilitated thousands of people through classes, private sessions, and international events, sharing practical tools that contribute to greater awareness, freedom, choice, and possibilities in every area of life.

In addition to Access Consciousness®, she incorporates complementary modalities including Transformational Hypnosis, Regression Therapy, Cellular Resonance Quantum Healing (CRQH), the Yuen Method, Reiki, Biomagnetism, Bioenergetic Therapy, Structural Quantum Activation, Bach Flower Remedies, Reflexology, EFT, Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation, and Shamanic Drumming. She offers both in-person and remote sessions for clients worldwide.

Luz facilitates Access Bars®, Access Body Processes®, and Access Energetic Facelift® classes in both English and Spanish, as well as Access Consciousness® Intro Evenings. She also partners with individuals and organizations interested in hosting classes and bringing these life-changing tools to their communities.
